Budget video using featuring my 7 year old son

Thank you Pro Touch! Now on the subject of the products, I cannot divulge too much as they are 3 years of blood, sweet and tears. I am slowly going through the process of certification. However I can say that many ingredients are food grade and all ingredients make EPA's list of Designed for the Environment ingredients. My interest in safer products was primarily for my own benefit rather than the customers (sounds selfish). Truth is though that our exposure is probably 10 000 times greater than any home owner as we spray the concentrates all day everyday.

It's rare a cleaner gets formal education on cleaning chemistry. Most just pick up the phone, sneak in someone else's product and put their name on it then have shills start telling any Fool who will listen how great it is.

Yes that is also the norm over here in New Zealand. It is quite amusing that my local competitors over here have always marketed on how much science/chemistry is involved in our industry. Of course when I come along most try to downplay the benefits of that technical knowledge. I always try to explain it to customers like this...

Removal of stubborn staining is a delicate and often complex game of chemistry. I have made an extra effort to better understand chemistry to give me the best chance of complete stain removal. However I cannot guarantee 100% success as some stains are permanent.

Its still important to under promise because if you cant remove something the may feel like its not worth calling back. But by explaining things beforehand you avoid disappointment and usually cause excitement afterwards

Still, you need the support of your brotherhood of cleaners to make a go of it.
