Craigslist or ebay deals
I know some of you are all about finding great deals on craigslist or ebay for cleaning related equipments or parts, my suggestion is if you see a good deal out there but it's just not for you, could you post it here ? It might help some members to get those deals, what do you think ?

Mo, call the guy up and ask him questions and if you want to buy it ask him to post the thing on ebay, no pictures needed, as long as you buy it through eBay and pay with PayPal your a$$ is covered.

Yeah I'll give the guy. I have actually gambled and bought an Orbot, Blower and Cat Pump through Craigslist and them ship it to me. Pretty crazy now that I think about but all these guys had carper cleaning business I also bought my Workmaster through Craigslist like that. Im glad I didn't get ripped off
Re: Craigslist or ebay deals
Those butler tanks cost thousands bought new...stainless and very thick. They are designed to fit over the wheel houses as well if you were interested.
If the guy was in my area....he wouldn't have much left to sell.

That is what we would call a poor business decision...hope it isn't run that way with tile side of the shop.
Sad part is that he could have made enough money to pay off most of it had he put a couple of guys on the truck and told them to get cleaning.
I just don't like the sprinters. Look great, but the walls are so thin that a simple dimple turns to rust very quickly and the repair costs are brutal. I never find a happy owner...not even FedEx drivers.
Re: Craigslist or ebay deals
Those titans are about $ 25 grand plus taxes, the van turbo diesel is about $ 35 k plus taxes, how did it add up to 80 k ?
Plus the mileage looks to be a lot, almost looks like a used van to me, if it is then the investments would be a lot lower than that.
yes there's no way you can break even with cleaning equipments, once it's used, expect only half of the new cost, may be even less if not being taken care of well.
If only that's an everest 650 and the van is not diesel, I would definitely make him an offer.

Judging by the condition of the rx-20 in the background, he wasn't real big on keeping his tools clean. That being said, it looks like a really good opportunity to me. The prices are quite good for what he has listed. I don't know what he used that powered respirator for, but they will cost you 300-500 used in that condition.
With the supplies and assortment of tools, you would be up in running right away. It would be worth making an offer and maybe even get some free training from the guy.
