Cell phone or Land line?

On a personal level I no longer have a home phone (land line) I use my cell 100%....Im curious who still uses a land line and office for answering calls....do you answer your own calls?...use a service?...secretary?

Still keep a landline for personal usage....really don't like talking on a cell, but for business you have to.

Even the pimps keep a "homely girl" around because they are better with money. We don't get any walk-n business, so an attractive girl will not help you there.....a sexy voice might be a different story.

How do you get away from having a biz landline for 22 years, and go with a cell only? Here, the phone book would not include your cell listed ,even a basic listing. Unless i pay to have it listed.

I have a land line but I don't use it that much. I forward it to my cell and I never remove it, so basically just outbound only

As far as YP ADs go; yes. I'm referring just being listed in the white pages; or an alphabetical - basic listing in the YP. People still go looking for #s in the Ph book.

We have Dex and impact dir here.
Impact doesn't even deliver them to your home. They have racks at businesses. Just pick one up(or 2 ). So they aren't even getting the dist into homes that the advertisers are paying for. I smell fraud?

Yep....and if we quit supporting this YP crap we wont have those fees to deal with. I did a pretty good marketing gig back when I had my other co....I would send out postcards to whom ever we cleaned for exactly a year prior.....many people clean on certain dates....the reminder helps to set the same scenario. I also send several out daily to specific potential addresses.....I do quit well with this set up, noting big but added to a regular program works for me.

I still have both. But the Business LL I just receive calls on and use it to fax invoices, I never make out going call's on it......do all those with the cell.

Got rid of the Home phone LL a long time ago.

Seems the Evil InterWebs has killed land lines and the yellow pages, except for the elderly mostly. Twisted Evil
