Re: What is your minimum rate?
Mine is $75.00 and I don't expect to be there more than 1/2 hour or be on the road more than 15 minutes. I should probably raise it too.
Re: What is your minimum rate?
Mine was $75 when I got out....thinking it will be around the $100 mark now...maybe even $125

Re: What is your minimum rate?
My advertised minimum is $100, but I often bite at $75 as well.
The funny part is that this number is arbitrary and based on absolutely nothing other than internet chatter for the last 7 years. Before the boards, it was probably only $50...sometimes even the promise of an egg and onion sandwich would have worked.

Re: What is your minimum rate?
With fuel costs and wages...its hard to run to a small job....BUT I have biten on some that turned out well....so, it depends on who, what, when and where mostly too.

Re: What is your minimum rate?
Typically $120, unless it's a condo or hard to access unit, then its $150.
Like you said Devon, it depends on "who, what, when and where".

Re: What is your minimum rate?
$125 for the eastside
In north seattle I dont mind $99, usually that means right on the way home. Also the minimum situation is pretty rare because we dont offer any deals that are under $200, most every time the minimum is used its just a living room they want cleaned or a spill that happened etc
townhomes are minimum $220 if we are going to 3rd floor bedrooms
condos or anything up a balcony is $150 and most of the time we strong dry it

Re: What is your minimum rate?
$150.00, but I will waive it under certain circumstances. Location etc. I have found that by the time I set up, gas to and fro, this chemical and that solution, that I am not making any money otherwise. I do have a spot cleaning charge if the whole kit and Kaboodle takes less than 1/2 an hour and they don't live more than 10 miles away.
Re: What is your minimum rate?
Mine is $100 resi. Apartments on upper floor $150+ and out of town $150 min.
