Yes, I use to use it all the time for encapping, until I discovered how much better Joe's Soils and Oils encap worked.........haven't looked back.
BTW, I've never been impressed with any of the chems made by "Harvard". Yes, They're cheap, but I think like everything else you don't get what you don't pay for.

Oh, that was a Harvard product? You should talk to Mark Saiger about that one then......he should be around here any minute now.

It's an encap cleaner Matt, so no I don't think so.
I wouldn't say BD it's bad, but it's far from being good or great.
I was in the middle of a huge 2 night chimerical enap job, when I got my first case of Soils and Oils Encap, so the first night I had used Bone Dry, and then second night I used the S/O/E, HUGE difference in cleaning. I don't know what else to say, other than I was wondering if I needed to redo the first nights work with the S/O/E.
