Re: Do you think TARGETED postcard campaigns would boost your sales?
Calls are still coming in from the very first lake I bombed. Seems to be the honey-pot lake, and coincidently, the most expensive real estate in this county.
I booked a 3 million dollar home yesterday, for a partial clean. (high reach and most of the outers that the maid can't reach. Three high reach ceiling fans to dust as well)
I just bought an Ettore cob web duster and a Unger ceiling fan duster. This job MORE than paid for the two add on tools. 20 bucks for the tools, and three fans I charged 45 bucks for as an add on. Should have added these LONG ago. EASY upsell.

Well done, you found a wave....ride it all the way to the shore.

Looks like my postcard guy is either busy or doesn't want to respond to do more cards.
I can do my own with nextdayflyers.
Anyone else have a suggestion to another place for postcards? I don't want to pay a designer at this point, the big chunk of change for design.

Postcards are hard to measure because even if you dont get one call....they brand. so jobs you get next month may be from the branding you did in the past....many dont know why or how they recall your name. good Job though.

What's kind of funny, as an observation, is another company tried something similar.
A home maintenance company tried the newspaper boxes too. Only they used business cards. Almost every box around one of those lakes had a card in it. And they were OLD cards. You could tell they had been there for a month or better, and no one took the business card out of the box.
