hydroforce block
So I bought this block off of eBay a couple of months ago, it's not hydroforce brand though, it seriously looks like JB block, but after a week of use, I realized a couple of things, the one I got off eBay works on higher temperatures, however yesterday I had to take it apart cause it was clogged, I took it apart and I couldn't screw the hose back on there ( the hose between the sprayer and the block ) and that exact same thing happened to JB's block a while back, that made me think that the hose fitting damaged the block's thread, does this ever happened to you guys ? I got the hose from Jon don.
I ended up using a shut off valve in between the block and the hose and it worked !
I think I'm going to get a original hydroforce block and new hose fittings cause I don't know how long these blocks will last, any thoughts ?

Re: hydroforce block
I still have 3 inline sprayers using replacement blocks that I purchased off ebay 2 years ago. No problems to date.
Are you rinsing out the sprayers often? That "nutra-sol" has been a wonderful product for my sprayers.

Re: hydroforce block
I actually never rinse my hydroforce, lol.
I guess I'm lucky I hardly had any clogging issues on the blocks, just occasional clogs in the inline filter between the QC and the block itself.
I know if I buy a new hydroforce, it usually lasts over a year of use before I have to rebuild it, it's just lately in the last year or so, I found that rebuilding that thing is not like it used to, so I thought $ 100 for over a year of use is not too high of a price to pay, I'm pretty sure the block itself is cheaper than that if the whole hydroforce is $ 100.

True, a $100 for a tool each year is pocket change, but give that Nutra-Sol a try and I think you will become a fan.
