Another milestone

Well, I survived another birthday (8th). I spent it shovelling snow and then getting sick from the birthday cake...served me right eating cake after scrambled eggs with bacon.

One of the problems with having a winter birthday is that you are already depressed from the weather, so the birthday doesn't bring much joy. We are single digits again with a steady addition of snow all this week so the phone hasn't rung in 10 days. At least there will be a good warm up starting the middle of next week with upper 40's for several days. I am so done with winter and really want Spring to get here.

Happy Birthday. Mine falls next month. My birthday is just another day to me, has been for a long time.

We are getting hit with a big snow storm today. I looking forward to warmer weather and my phone ringing again too.

I'm not counting up any more:(

I don't put any effort into them either. Once you get passed the 21st there really isn't anything special about any of them. If it wasn't for the reminder by my Mom or the DMV, I wouldn't even remember that I had a birthday.

Actually, kind of wish nobody did remind me. Not that the day was going so well to begin with, but I would not have eaten that piece of cake.

As Rodney Dngerfield once said: "I could do as my doctor suggests and get more sleep, stop drinking, stop smoking, and start eating a healthy diet and I will eventually growing very sick and die".

That is the truth. I don't care for a long life, just a fun one.
