it never fails to happen
been out of town for several days. went down to San Jose to my brothers(Mike) wedding. when ever we do a trip or vacation, we always run into someone we know back home, or someone who knows one of our friends.
So we get into SJ airport, head out to the curb and are waiting for my sister to pick us up. they drove down and were close by. we were standing there 2 minutes when a SUV pulls up right in front of us and.......mike jumps out. we dont see each other very much so our appearances are somewhat unfamiliar to each other. It took afew seconds for each of us to go "duh, thats my brother".
He was there with a friend to pick up the friends wife.
If we were afew minutes earlier or later, we wouldnt have run into each other. Go figure.
He hosted a family/friend dinner at an Italian resturant. Loads of leftovers. We took some. Let me just say, I have no interest in italian food for the next....year?
One of Mikes friends works for US radiator. and has a very good customer(orchard-rite) in my hometown, Yakima. go figure. AND I know 2 people that work Orchard-rite

That is classic...I don't have it quite that well, but I often bump into people I know in airports across the country.
