First Commercial job using S/O/E
I've been around the board for a little while but this is my first post so please be kind. I cleaned a City Hall and Community Center for a local municipality earlier this week. According to the City Manager it had been a number of years since it had been cleaned. I've been using another product and this was the first opportunity I've had to try S/O/E in a commercial setting. The pictures are from the community center where there were a number of drink spills, gum, and who knows what else. I used S/O/E mixed at 8oz with some peroxide. The City Manager was thrilled with the results.
I also got to used it doing a demo for an apartment complex. They gave me a small area to work on and told me I'd never get it clean. I didn't think it was that bad so I jumped at it. When they inspected it after I was finished they hired me on the spot. Maybe I'll post those pics later. Thanks for a great product Joe!

Oops, real name is Todd Lynch. In another life I was a regional airline pilot and flew Saab 340's. The main line guys would look down their noses at us like we were some sort of trash hence the name saabtrash.Joe Bristor wrote:Congratulations and thanks for the support, whoever you are.

I agree, S/O/E is great!
What I find so baffling, is the guys that are so anti low moisture cleaning that have never even tried it, especially after pics like this are repeatedly posted!!
Guess it just proves Some old dogs Can Not learn new tricks, or they are just simply unwilling, and just continue to bash what they do not know!

Thanks. Thorough prevac first. 8 oz S/O/E and 5 oz of peroxide per gallon. Used the 20" Trio with one wet pass and one dry pass. A couple of areas I went over with a few more passes.

Welcome! Looks great. Congrats on your 1st post. Don't be shy, nobody's going to be mean. Post, post and post again, it's like asking a question- the only bad post is the one you don't.
Re: First Commercial job using S/O/E
I don't know what you guys like about S/O/E I'm just finishing my first Drum sample and I may order a second one soon.
Re: First Commercial job using S/O/E
Fransico, great job. Just ordered my third drum. This one is SOE. Other two were S & O's. Also have a few gallons of S O S coming for boosting and tile/grout cleaning.
