Hi guys,

We've been running a house cleaning business for a few years and recently added carpet cleaning. Decided to start with VLM style cleaning as opposed to a full-on truck mount.

Our website is https://goldenservices.com/carpet-cleaning/

Would love any feedback on the site, as it doesn't seem to convert as well as our house cleaning site.

Anyway, looking forward to being a part of the community. Glad to meet you all.

Thanks, Rob

There can never be too many Rob, Bob, and Robert on a forum. Very Happy

Website looks good, bright and clean layout with enough information to sell the service. I'm not sure about the "We don't use any chemicals" line as you still are using chemical compounds....even water is a chemical.

I would invest in a heated spot extractor as well to support the VLM process. Having access to a heated extractor can bail you out on stubborn stairs ans many stains that might need more than a good encap product.

Glass cleaning, lawn service, house cleaning and now carpets....you do like to keep busy.

One more thing to consider, how do you keep the message straight between all the services? Going green with small carbon footprint on carpets while running lawn mowers out in the yard (Same motor probably as most truck mounts)? I would try and find an answer to that question before the customers start asking or worse, your competition.

Anyway, welcome to the forum and jump right in.

Welcome Bob. The site looks really professional.  Have you had any feedback from customers booking  on line yet?
