End of year garage cleaning.
Mytee tile spinner, only used a few times.
Prochem style stair wand, only used once, keep in mind this is not the original Prochem, 2" tube.
Gekko tile wand ( it only comes with bigger head ), I don't have the smaller head anymore. The condition is fair.
Blower comes out of Prochem Everest hp650, the shaft pins are bent, as far as I know you won't be able to buy these pins, unfortunately my wife had moved this blower out on my side yard without me knowing, so there are some rusts on it
Shurflo pump for fresh water tank ( it includes the small chrome tank, not sure what that's called, the pump is mounted on top of that tank )
Any reasonable offer will be considered on those items above.
Rotovac 360i $ 900 ( the shaft slightly play when spinning, might need new bearing soon ? Doesn't seem to affect cleaning ).
Prochem titanium wand $ 1000 ( comes with fairly new solution line, glide, soft touch stainless steel valve and mytee handle ).

Some good stuff there Dp, I need to list a bunch of equipment myself later this week.....mostly flood damage equipment and testing equipment.
I hope to get the garage and my basement cleared out some.

I never liked the new style handle, may be because I'm only 5'9".
Plus with the new one don't forget taxes and glide which will comes out to be around $ 1700+ plus shipping

I don't like the handle on that wand either Devon, I don't think you would be very pleased with it.
Go with the Prochem Ti that Dp is selling or else the PMF Mach 15....those are the creme of the crop to me.

I was unsure about the trigger handle.....im old school and was concerned with it...but it does look cool.

Re: End of year garage cleaning.
900 for a 360i is a smokin deal, unless its the older regular 360 which would still be a fair price.
I would snatch the 360 for our express, it needs one bad... but buying a pretty damn expensive puppy this week.
Tried to rescue one and you would have thought I was under fbi interrogation, then turned out they only have 14months and under and those are all considered the same.. so you cant even guaranteed own your dog during the most important months

Re: End of year garage cleaning.
Mo, I like the 360i, I bought another one from a friend of mine recently, I was helping him out, so I am keeping that one and selling my first one.
AC, it is the 360i, keep in mind there is that small issue of play on the shaft as it was spinning, again it doesn't affect cleaning or performance but I'm sure something needs to be done in the future, may be even in the near future, I figured the market price is about $ 1200, so $ 300 should cover parts and labor to repair that. I always try to disclose any issue or potential issue of items I'm selling, there is no amount of money warranted to lose of friendship in selling used items

Re: End of year garage cleaning.
That play is likely the keyway and maybe the bearing.....costs less than a steak dinner to replace. That $300 discount is very generous.
Re: End of year garage cleaning.
I told my wife I wanted to get her a wand for Christmas. lol I said its sparkly....I may have screwed up, I was teasing and now I may need to run to the sparkle place.

Rhinestone Wands might catch on.....or maybe a pink wand?
It worked for the firearm industry. You can probably buy a pink hello kitty snub nose 38 by now.

Re: End of year garage cleaning.
our 360 wobbles a bit, doesnt seem to affect cleaning at all and isnt noticeable once the rpms are turned up
Re: End of year garage cleaning.
Still would check that keyway, that is how many pulleys start acting when the bearing is wearing out.
Seriously, those parts are really cheap....like $30 and you wouldn't have to wonder about the wobble.

They do come in 3 sizes now.....I remember almost buying one myself, but decided it was more suited for a wife.
