He even used a little daisy to say that he liked his tinker bell wand Tell him to register and use his own account.
Devon if your interested in trying a swivel wand you can borrow the Dev Pro wand. Its in the video on the widget at home page

No one on this forum has ever tried it. The only one that might be able to speak on it is Dave. I recall DP saying that Dave has the Dev Pro minus the clear window and swivel.

Re: Best wands
I have an 1 1/2" evolution wand with the upgrade kit from realcleaners and a Teflon glide. Every tech I have prefers it. I also have the 2" but to much strain trying to hold and trigger. I've already ordered the wand-eeze and hope that will make it easier. The 2" has not been updated, but if I start using it more I'm sure the jet kit and glide will be added.
Re: Best wands
2" tube wand is prob pointless using a portable.......TM yes, with 2" hose connected to it.
Sounds like you need some "Techs" with man hands, and not those gurly hands.

Dave's version is without the swivel, his wand has the clear window.
I don't blame you kleen1, all my techs also likes the 1.5" wands, I usually have both in the van and switch it off at job site depending on the needs, empties and larger homes would get the 2" and non vacant apartments would get the 1.5", sometimes if the empty unit has stairs I still use the 1.5" because it's easier and faster to switch from the regular wand to the stair wand since stair wand is using 1.5" vac hose.

Re: Best wands
By the way Dave's wand is very effective in cleaning and recovery, it's not very light due to all the additional brass fittings that comes with it. He has eliminated some of those fittings which should make it lighter.

Re: Best wands
^Yes, 1.5" if you have gurly hands.
I can see why employees would like 1.5 over 2, since they don't have the same concern as the O/O does.......and it just feels lighter and easier to maneuver.
But since I care about the best cleaning possible and dry times, I much prefer the 2 over the 1.5.

Re: Best wands
Most of the guys that ever worked for me liked the 1.5 better as well. The lighter the better was their choice every time. We had to draw lots when the rotary needed to be manned.
Re: Best wands
I'm going to test this 2" vs 1.5" thing....I suspect they will be very close and not worthy of a change just for a few extra minutes of dry time.....but, if it does in fact give better dry time by a good measurable amount of time...I'll tell you about it. I'm making the change because my competition is up'ing their game...I've made a dent. lol I want all the edge I can get. I will have the option to go with either from the truck....so, I'm not losing. I will learn quickly what one I want to use and why. The ones who use the 2" now are strong in saying it's the only way....the ones left (like me) were just fine not giving up comfort (a comfortable cleaner cleans better j/k) there are good arguments from both sides....A benefit from my upgrade will certainly add better flushing at an easier effort. What would be the best way to measure dry times for testing??

Re: Best wands
Scott, just watch the flow when you compare dry times, even with same flow the width of the wand is different between the 2 wands, and also the whip 1.5" hose can't be too long as that will kill the airflow, I would keep it at 10' or slightly less, at that length it's perfect for doing the stairs for me cause I use hose stabilizer or hose hook and I can wrap it at the joint from 2" to 1.5" point.
